Duties:
Generate new business
Marketing
Ensure standard documentation is implemented & correctly used
Issuing of duty quotations
Submission of District Statistics
Stock control
Replenishing of stock
Completion of inventory list
Ensure efficiency of members
Responsible for discipline & welfare of members
Ensure that applications for members awards as necessary are applied for within reasonable time
Ensure the safety of member in companies care
All administration must be accurate & done on time
Give regular feedback to District Officer Commanding
Caring for all Brigade equipment - stock & cleaning of kits
Arranging of members for duties in accordance with the Public Duty Policy
Arranging of meetings
Capturing of duty hours worked by all members
Ensure 24h availability of ambulance
