Main Purpose: Planning & Scheduling of Daily Routes
Grade 12
Previous FLO planning experience essential
Previous route planning experience
2-5 Years previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
Strong administrative skills – Able to complete forms/documents related to working area
Complete admin procedures without supervision
Must be very well organised & accountable
Weekly reports
Compiling of load manifest report
Returns debriefing reports
Route sheet report for tracking
Compiling of a detailed manifest
Dispatch report
Daily occurrence report
Dispatch of vehicles – Handling of dispatch queries
In-charge of special arrangements
Liaison with the client
Ensure that deadlines are met with regards to handing over of documentation
Driver & POD queries
Sock handover
