To fulfil an analytical role in Warehousing – Assist on projects & tasks in order to optimise the functioning of the Warehousing Division – Meet objectives & achieve the required business & client results
Grade 12 – Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Engineering
IIBA – International Institute of Business Analyst Certification preferred
Strong admin, Computer literacy, reporting, communication, analytical & time management skills
Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, Health & Safety Procedures & Policies, ISO 9001 Standards
Analysing & investigating business operational processes
Analysing data & interpreting the findings
Gathering & documenting business requirements
Documenting findings of analysis & tasks
Reporting & presenting on findings
Reviewing IT BRS
Completing tasks on clients related projects
Analyse current procedures in order to improve
Liaise with stakeholders & improving timeous feedback
Drawing up of SOP documentation / Training Material / Process Flows & other solution orientated documentation / Floor plans / Survey facilities & operations / Presentations / Carry out research
Conducting of Training when required
Setting up & coordinating of meetings
Compile reports
Compile responses to Tenders
Planning of time & scheduling tasks relating work
Carry out costing exercises
